Currently, the IP addresses to blacklist have to be entered in the config.php (should be into the /user directory)with following format : You will see in the admin section a new admin page where you can add the IP addresses you want to blacklist.

I'm currently working on an admin page to enter those IPs. Please enter one IP address per line. Other syntax should provide unexpected behaviours.
